About

There are moments in time where words fail to communicate the truth of something. In these moments, I find that creating art is the closest way to communicate information truthfully. This is the driving force behind my art-making, which connects the art I create. Understanding information fuels my studio practice, and questions are central to it. The paintings I make are either an attempt to answer questions or to uncover them. By drawing from what can be seen in the world around us, such as colors, shapes, and light, I aim to gain new understandings. Through visual representations, I explore the gaps of what I know as truth. Within that process, I find peace and share the results hoping it may positively impact someone else.
